Wellington Free Ambulance is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team on a 12-month secondment, covering parental leave. Based in Thorndon, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality clinical training to our frontline staff during a time of exciting growth and change within our Clinical Education and Training (CET) team. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Assist in designing and delivering our Induction and Onboarding programmes for new staff 

• Facilitating clinical education through online, face-to-face, or blended learning formats 

• Assist in creating and implementing course materials and training resources 

• Leading bridging programmes for new frontline staff 

• Supporting staff with development plans when training gaps are identified 

• Collaborating with learning design and LMS specialists to ensure high-quality delivery
