Job Description

About the Role

The Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support across the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. From initial candidate engagement through to a successful first day, you’ll ensure candidates feel informed, supported, and welcomed, while making sure compliance requirements are met.

Because we’re a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of activities, broaden your knowledge, and develop new skills. This is a varied role that suits someone who enjoys juggling priorities and working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting recruitment activity from candidate application through to onboarding
  • Managing the central email inbox for any recruitment queries
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, providing a positive and professional experience
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Supporting onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and welcoming Day 1 experience
  • Working closely with colleagues across the organisation to support recruitment needs

Desired Skills and Experience

Who we are looking for

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Good working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • A genuine interest in recruitment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience coordinating bulk recruitment activity
  • Experience organising events, such as onboarding sessions for large groups
