As the ICT Systems Administrator, you will help keep WFA’s technology environment running smoothly and securely, supporting our people, systems, and digital transformation journey.
This role provides hands‑on technical support to end users, manages hybrid cloud and on‑premises infrastructure, and ensures ICT services are resilient and fit for purpose. You will work closely with the ICT Operations Manager to ensure the organisation’s technical architecture and applications are designed, supported, and maintained to agreed standards.

Desired Skills and Experience
Who we are looking for
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
3–5 years of hands‑on IT support or Systems Administration experience, with a track record of solving complex technical issues
Strong capability across Microsoft enterprise technologies
Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals, covering switching, firewalls, VPNs, and WiFi technologies
A relevant IT related tertiary qualification
