We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce System Administrator to join our Fundraising and Communications team and help us unlock the full potential of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. This is a pivotal role that will ensure our system is maintained, optimized, and used effectively to support impactful fundraising efforts.
About the role
As WFA expands its fundraising activities, Salesforce is central to how we manage donor relationships, run campaigns, and track our performance. With support from an external Salesforce consultancy, the Salesforce System Administrator will manage the day-to-day running of our system, support continuous improvement, and act as the key liaison between our Fundraising team, other internal teams and external support partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by enabling our teams to focus on strategic goals, while you ensure Salesforce is fully functional, aligned with our objectives, and driving performance.
