The Programme Delivery team was created to lead enhancements and optimize performance across the organisaton, and help delivery our 2030 Strategy. We have a wide variety of projects that we will be working on such enhancements in virtual and telehealth capabilities, new ambulance designs, systems and property upgrades.

The role of the Project Coordinator is to provide high quality end to end support to the programme delivery work programme. This role works within and across the team to provide regular reports and administration, keeping on top of implementation progress on some targeted aspects of the work and provides support to ensure that all Wellington Free Ambulance (WFA) projects and activities are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.

Desired Skills and Experience

Who we are looking for

Join our team and take on the pivotal role of Project Coordinator supporting the Programme Delivery team.   

We are looking a Project Coordinator with at least two years of experience in a similar role and knowledge or a qualification in project management.

We are also looking for candidates with:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills
  • The ability to work with people across all levels of an organisation
